Sign Activity Waivers

Packing List

Private transportation for guests has been arranged for all airport and activity travel in Maui. Even if your party is choosing to come early, stay late, or rent a car, we ask that you keep your travel details up to date in the online portal to help us coordinate.

Many of the more intense activities require guests to sign a waiver. If an activity you signed up for requires a waiver, you will see it listed as an "ACTION ITEM" in the online portal. We will also send a reminder via email. Please sign all activity waivers by May 1, 2024.

Our celebration comes together in many different forms! Some parts of our event require activewear, others a cocktail dress, and most are best in a swimsuit with a Mai Tai. If you're wondering what to bring, check out our packing list in the online portal.

Fly to Maui, Hawaii (OGG). The ideal flight arrival time is between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, though earlier is better!
Shuttle to the Hotel. Transportation arranged by K&M.
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM Light snacks and beverages at the Makai Group Entrance
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM Hotel check-in and welcome gifts at the K&M Store
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Welcome Reception & Dinner

Lahaina in Our Hearts

In an effort to do our fair share in supporting the town of Lahaina, we will be contributing $35,000 to five local charities in Maui. Each organization has that proven to be effective in utilizing the gifts that they receive, and we will be sharing further information about them in the coming months.
